Maribel Batista is a distinguished property management leader with over two decades of experience, recognized for her strategic vision, operational efficiency, and commitment to professional excellence. Throughout her career, she has driven alignment between Owners, Third-Party Clients, and business partners, earning her organizations the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) Award.

Maribel has successfully led teams, maximized financial performance, and ensured compliance across a diverse portfolio of Affordable, Cooperative, Market, and Commercial properties in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. She formerly served as Executive Vice President at Trinity Management, where she navigated the challenges of the pandemic while ensuring the safety of residents and staff. Before that, she was the Director of Affordable Property Management at National Investments, LTD in Rhode Island, specializing in affordable housing.

In addition to her leadership in property management, Maribel is a proud veteran of the Rhode Island Army National Guard. She is also a Notary Public in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and holds a New York Real Estate Broker’s License. Her professional credentials include Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), National Affordable Housing Professional – Executive (NAHP-e), and Certified Credit Professional (C8P).
