Dominica Man brings over 18 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, with a diverse background spanning real estate acquisitions, development, and property and asset management. Before joining HallKeen, she held key roles at several nonprofit organizations, including The Community Builders, Caritas Communities, and Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation, where she contributed to the creation and preservation of affordable housing across Massachusetts.

Earlier in her career, Dominica worked in the technology sector for start-up software companies, managing and implementing customized enterprise solutions tailored to clients’ operational needs. This early experience fostered her strong analytical and project management skills, which continue to inform her work in real estate and housing development today.

Dominica is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston.
