David Oliveri has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He is a Partner and Chief Business Development Officer at HallKeen and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. Mr. Oliveri is also the Founder of Norton Point Development, an affiliated company focused on impactful, community-driven, infill multifamily development.

Mr. Oliveri is an expert in the acquisition, financing, development, and management of mixed-use and mixed-income multifamily projects, having led more than $500 million in successful transactions. Norton Point Development emphasizes thoughtful design, collaboration, and long-term value creation for communities and stakeholders.

Previously, Mr. Oliveri was a Partner at Civico Development, where he played a central role in deal sourcing, financial structuring, and construction management for projects throughout Greater Boston. His notable work includes Oriole Landing, a mixed-income public-private partnership with the Town of Lincoln, MA; the West Newton Armory, a 100% LIHTC community; the City of Newton’s first market-rate multifamily Passive House project; and Ticcoma Green, a 64-unit LIHTC development on Nantucket.
