Harrison Rayford

Harrison Rayford II acquired HallKeen in July 2025. As Chairman, Principal, and Board Member, he leads the company’s strategic vision and continued growth in the affordable and workforce housing sector.

In addition to his leadership at HallKeen, Mr. Rayford is the Managing Member and Co-Founder of Douglass Park Asset Management, a firm he co-founded in 2020 to expand access to high-quality, affordable, and workforce housing across the country. At Douglass Park, he oversees equity raising, deal sourcing, investment strategy, and overall firm direction.

Before establishing Douglass Park, Mr. Rayford, together with partner Kenneth Morrison, played a pivotal role in founding Lemor Development Group LLC in 2014, a vertically integrated real estate development firm. Mr. Rayford has been the team lead on completing more than $700 million in development and acquisition-rehabilitation projects.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rayford served as a Development Associate with Time Square Development Group and was a partner in the development of residential subdivisions in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Rayford is deeply engaged in civic and community initiatives. He serves on the Boards of Trustees for the Abyssinian Baptist Church, Island Inn Trust, and the Harlem Restoration Project, and is a member of the Real Estate Executive Council. He has also been a featured presenter at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Mr. Rayford holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Morehouse College.
