Kristina is Regional Manager for the Northeast region of the HallKeen Management portfolio. She oversees properties that span throughout the Greater Boston Area, including New Hampshire and Maine. Her residential portfolio includes a mix of market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and Section 8. Kristina’s primary responsibilities include oversite of her portfolio’s financial, operating and compliance performance, as well as maintaining regular contact with State Monitoring and Regulatory Agencies.

Kristina began her career as an Administrative Assistant in HallKeen’s Boston portfolio. With over ten years of experience, Kristina has extensive knowledge of the multi-family industry including leasing, marketing, budgeting, compliance and staff development. Throughout the years, her career and responsibilities have evolved. Prior to assuming her current role as Regional Manager, she held various roles within the company, including Property Manager and Senior Property Manager.

Kristina holds a Marketing degree from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. She is SCHM certified, an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has earned a number of designations including: COS, TCS, C4P^® and ARM^®.
