Kristina has been with HallKeen Management for fourteen years. She is currently a Regional Manager for Properties in the Greater Boston Area as well as New Hampshire.. These residential properties are a mix of market rate and affordable apartments (Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and Section 8).

Kristina began her career with HallKeen Management as an Administrative Assistant in a Boston portfolio. Her career evolved over the years transitioning to a Property Manager to Senior Property Manager to Regional Manager.

As of today, her responsibilities include oversite of her portfolios financial, operating and compliance performance and is in regular contact with State Monitoring and Regulatory Agencies. Kristina has earned a number of designations including: COS, TCS, C43® and ARM®.
