Aida F. Diakite brings more than 15 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, multifamily property management, real estate development, and asset management. Her career spans leadership roles in Affordable Housing compliance, property operations, development, and affordable housing preservation, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the affordable housing lifecycle and the challenges facing property teams and owners.

Prior to joining HallKeen, Aida served as an Asset Manager with Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation and held positions with CITY5 Consulting in New York, Trinity Financial, Trinity Management Company, and Beacon Residential Management. Throughout her career, she has supported affordable housing communities through regulatory compliance, operational oversight, portfolio management, training, and preservation initiatives.

Aida holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Strayer University. She has earned several industry credentials, including Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P).

Actively engaged in the affordable housing and real estate industry, Aida remains involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she previously served as Co-Chair of the ULI Boston Housing and Economic Development Council. Fluent in French and Spanish, she is passionate about strengthening compliance practices, supporting property teams, and advancing the long-term preservation of affordable housing communities.
