As Regional Property Manager, Elizabeth DeSousa oversees a diverse portfolio of 15 properties, including affordable, project-based Section 8, LIHTC, market-rate, and commercial units. With more than nine years at HallKeen Management, she brings a proven track record of operational excellence and strong financial performance.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has led a wide range of capital improvement projects and strategic initiatives. She is known for streamlining operations, strengthening vendor partnerships, and implementing cost-effective solutions that enhance asset performance and long-term stability.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Psychology, an Associate of Arts degree, and professional certifications including LIHTC C5P and COS. She is recognized for her leadership style, building high-performing teams, and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for both staff and residents.
