Kelley Marchand serves as Regional Manager for HallKeen Management, overseeing a community portfolio of 1,162 units in the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts area. Kelley holds a Business Management degree from Morrisville State College and has over eight years of experience in the multi-family industry. She has an extensive background in the daily operations of property management, having worked in multiple positions throughout her career ranging from Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Multi-Site Property Manager and Area Manager to Regional Manager. This experience has provided her the ability to fully comprehend each position within the industry.

Kelley’s duties as Regional Manager include oversight of operations, budgeting, capital improvement projects, LIHTC and HUD policies and procedures and MORs, for the communities in her portfolio. Her attention to detail, strong operational and effective leadership make her a valuable member of the HallKeen team. Prior to joining HallKeen Management, Kelley held previous positions at Wingate Management Company and S-C Management Corp.

Kelley holds multiple designations including Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS®), Certified Manager of Housing (CMH®), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P®), and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and is involved with the Massachusetts Apartment Association.
