Invested in Communities. Driven by Purpose.
At HallKeen, success is measured by the strength and stability of the communities we help build. Our portfolio reflects a deep commitment to affordability, inclusion, and quality of life, from urban revitalization projects to workforce and mixed-income developments.
We believe that housing is more than a place to live—it’s the foundation for opportunity. Every decision we make is guided by our mission to create environments where families thrive, investors find value, and communities flourish.
By combining financial discipline with social impact, HallKeen continues to set the standard for responsible, community-focused real estate management.
One of the best decisions we made as part of our successful organizational turnaround was hiring HallKeen to manage our affordable housing developments. The payoff financially and in terms of services to our properties and tenants was immediate. In this way HallKeen has been a key partner in our reemergence as a strong and effective regional housing organization.
I just received a glowing letter from a resident at Ships' Cove. I find it interesting that he cites all the positive changes made in 2010 as the start of the turnaround at the property. That coincides with our change to HallKeen. Keep up the great work.
Through its wide range of in-house resources and team-management style, HallKeen delivers: Be it hands-on website design, juggling mechanical site issues or prompt-efficient reporting...a terrific partner to have as your Management Agent.
I have been living at Midway Studios for over 10 years. The staff are always very helpful. I really can't say enough good things about [the office staff], and the maintenance staff are great, as well. I can't tell you how many times I've seen [them] here working overtime to fix a problem. Always smiling, always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. HallKeen in general has been a great management company that represents and runs this building well, in my opinion.
The Wamsutta Apartment project has dramatically increased the opportunity for residents to obtain affordable housing within our community. It has been my pleasure to work with the Department of Housing and Community Development, who assisted in securing low-income tax-credits and home financing for this project, and I commend HallKeen for its efforts toward improving the housing situation in New Bedford.
The office staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful to the seniors living at General Shepard.
One of the main things we enjoy is the diversity of the tenants- also, our kids are grown and gone; we love to see the smiling kids playing in our building.
It makes the decision to fund a project like this [Wamsutta Apartments] much easier when you can count on the resolve of the neighborhood residents, the support of the city and state government, and the commitment of responsible property owners like HallKeen.
We have had a terrific experience working with HallKeen Management. They understand the complexities of managing a subsidzed portfolio, not just from their own perspective, but also from the perspective of the low-income tenants that we work together to house.
MHIC appreciates HallKeen's continued dedication to building a community in which residents, neighbors, community leaders, investors and lenders can take pride.
I very much like living here. Our office staff couldn't be nicer and our maintenance staff couldn't be more helpful. I feel blessed to have such caring people on staff. They always have time to hear you and never make you feel rushed or bothered. I think we are very lucky.
I have lived at Pine Oaks III for several years. I feel is truly my HOME. Manager, activities, and maintenance always helpful, informative. They make me feel comfortable so I don't miss the house I used to live in.
