The Residences at Kenilworth Park in Washington, DC is a new community operated by HallBridge Partners. This brand new construction of 157 units will address the need for assisted living in Ward 7 and beyond. In addition, the community will feature outdoor terraces, a pedestrian boardwalk to local parks and gardens, and will be pet-friendly. Visit their Facebook page for construction photos and updates.
