HallKeen is a real estate management and investment company which acquires, develops and manages properties throughout New England. Our core business is the management of and investment in affordable housing.

Our mission is to create partnerships and provide leadership which result in successful business ventures, thriving residential communities and prosperous work environments. We strive to create long-term sustainable value for our investors through asset growth, increased profitability and by capturing the value added opportunities. We focus significant resources on improving and expanding our affordable housing business. At the same time, we endeavor to diversify and expand our business by investing in and managing other types of multifamily housing and commercial real estate that is synergistic with our skills and experience.

Our stakeholders include our coworkers, the owners of HallKeen, our business partners, the owners of the properties we manage, the residents who live and work in the properties, the government agencies, regulators, and lenders we partner with, and our vendors and suppliers. Individually and collectively, the interests, goals and objectives of all stakeholders are important to the success of our company.
