HallKeen Management is proud to announce that Tracie Glasman has joined their company as Chief Operating Officer of Residential Management.
Tracie comes to HallKeen with over 20 years of experience in the property management and asset management arena. She has extensive experience in working with private and institutional investors in the acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of multifamily housing. Tracie has experience managing a variety of asset types and is adept at developing and implementing marketing and management plans that ensure the performance of each asset is maximized. She possesses apartment market knowledge of the major markets and uses that knowledge to assist existing and future clients as well as the various financial partners involved with each development.
Tracie’s arrival commences another chapter in HallKeen’s goal for a sustainable, long-term company. Tracie brings the right fit for the role that will enable HallKeen Management to set an ambitious and supportive path for the vision of the future. She will be using her skills and experience to ensure maximized performance at the company. In this new role, Tracie will oversee the Regional Managers, while also providing executive leadership and communication between HallKeen’s departments. Additionally, Tracie’s knowledge and experience will be accessible to HallKeen’s clients, stakeholders and investors.
Prior to joining HallKeen, Tracie held the position as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management at Boston Capital, where she was integrally involved in the planning, implementation, lease-up and stabilization of many different types of properties.
She holds a BA from the University of South Florida and earned her MBA from the University of Central Florida.
