In 2004 HallKeen formed a new company called New Spring Senior Communities LLC. New Spring Senior Communities LLC currently oversees a portfolio of four unique assisted living communities throughout Massachusetts; Brigham House in Watertown, Cameron House in Lenox, Corcoran House in Clinton, and Prospect House in Revere. Together, New Spring Senior Communities provide 258 affordable assisted living residences as part of a vibrant community of friends, family and staff.

The mission of New Spring Senior Communities is dedication to the highest quality of affordable senior care delivered with a spirit of warmth, individual pride, and Company Spirit. We are proud to:

  • Provide affordable yet high quality senior housing to the seniors in the towns we serve.
  • Offer many creative programs to allow seniors of even modest means the ability to access our warm and caring way of life.
  • Make our communities extensions of the towns in which they’re located so that our seniors remain connected to their friends, families, and neighbors.

New Spring Senior Communities has also recently expanded their services with the addition of the Generations Program for Memory Impairment. Located in a newly remodeled wing of Prospect House, the new Generations Program offers unique programming to meet the needs of seniors with Alzheimer’s and other memory related impairments.

In support of the daily operations of the New Spring Senior Communities portfolio, HallKeen has created a joint-venture with Burlington, MA based Northbridge Senior Housing LLC. Northbridge provides regional supervision to the portfolio, resident care and support, food services, marketing oversight, and human resource management. HallKeen oversees regulatory compliance, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit, administrative support, occupancy control, financial management, and facilities management.
